Kolon was referred to me by a friend who attends his bootcamp sessions. I started working with him a year ago (on July 17th, 2012) and I cannot say enough great things about him. He is a great personal trainer, a mentor and a teacher who believes so much in me and what I am capable of accomplishing. Thanks to him, I have seen great results with my body, he has coached me with my nutrition and has taught me the most effective ways to workout for maximum results. He tracks my progress regularly by taking my body weight, body fat percent and using a measuring tape. He also checks in to make sure that I am sticking to a healthy nutrition plan. We have two hour long training sessions per week that start as early as 6:30am. He does the hour long drive to my house each time and is always on time and always has a positive attitude. He sends workout videos for me to use on the other days. My husband who is a physician has since joined our sessions and is seeing great results. We have also introduced him to another couple that are so thankful as they are seeing great results as well.
I am a mother of 4, down to a size 4 and for the first time, I am considering entering a physique competition....all thanks to Kolon.
